The Firenze Ring is inspired by the Ancient Seven Wonders, the Temple of Artemis. The Greek temple was dedicated to Artemis, the goddess of the hunt, the wilderness and the nature. Sitting above the pillars of the temple is a frieze, a decorative technique that was hugely popular in the Ancient Greek architecture.The frieze depicted on this ring is a actually from the Parthenon, a building created by the infamous sculptor, Phidias, the man responsible for sculpting the Statue of Zeus.
