Online Returns

All goods purchased at FUTUR Store can be return if notify us within 14 days after having received. If you wish to return your item, be sure to follow these instructions: Make sure that the item is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these critetia: Place the product in a padded shipping box or padded envelope. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product. Write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package to ensure a faster expedition.
Retain proof-of-postage as you will be responsible for your item until it is delivered and signed for back at our store.

Once received we will inspect the item and as long as they are in there original condition with any tags still attached we will initiate your refund within 24 hours of receiving the return. Refunds will be for the cost of the item and will not include original shipping costs. Sales items can not be returned. 
FUTUR Store reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected. If an item is damaged/faulty you must contact us at info@futurstore.no upon receiving the item and providing us with detailed images of the damage/fault.
